Who We Are
We are a small, family-oriented, half-day preschool that serves 3- to 5-year-olds in the Gresham, Oregon, community.
Since our founding in 1960, we have provided children with a balanced experience of intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development helps prepare them for future learning.
Learning Through Play
We believe preschool-aged children learn best through exploration and play. We encourage children to become active, creative explorers who are not afraid to try out new ideas and think their own thoughts.
Our teachers' goal is to set the stage for children to begin learning through play and guided experiences. This gives them the opportunities they need to develop school readiness skills and gain confidence in their strengths and abilities.
Promoting Acceptance
Gresham United Methodist Preschool is a non-profit Christian school that welcomes children of all faiths and ethnic backgrounds. We are dedicated to teaching integrity, fairness and courage.
We promote acceptance, forgiveness and respect for all. We are licensed by the State of Oregon as a Private School.
